SONY going down the drain

I have been previously an avid purchaser of Sony products personally and for my business, cameras, computers, TVs, ebooks, etc. A Sony sales representatives recently took my computer order and confirmed my order but do not advise me that the operating system ordered was not available on this computer nor did they provide other options. Sony just provided another product without communicating to me. When I attempted to correct the matter withhout returning the computer. Sony representatives said I could repurchase the product elsewhere. They also advised me that they do not care about client's repeat business or client loyalty. Also, if you plan to use your warranty or attempt to contact customer service about error in the product received plan to be transferred to a minimum of four people and spending an inordinate amount on the phone.
