Junk product - Customer Service

Mini notebook never worked, never connected to internet. Technical could not repair over phone, sent call to software where they wanted money to fix a new computer that has NEVER worked. What a piece of junk and a bunch of ripoff idiots working in customer service and technical support. OH did I mention that when I asked for a supervisor, I was disconnected TWICE!!!
