Crap - HP Pavilion dv 9000 series notebook

HP Pavilion dv 9000 series notebook motherboard crapped out barely out of warranty. Am learning that HP motherboards have had quality issues that HP has known about and refuses to notify their customers of the potential problems.

After going through many worthless customer NO support people in foreign countries that I could barely understand, I finally connected with HP executives at Palo Alto HQ. I have never been treated with such disrespect and even disdain by any company after purchasing an expensive product. One executive customer support guy even swore at me and said I was wasting his time.
Last Sunday, May 23, I was invited to appear at the KABC Talk Radio studios to voice my experiences with HP on a tech talk radio program. I unloaded on HP. Many callers expressed similar bad experiences with both HP products and horrible customer support — or rather customer NO support.
I intend to send a tape of the radio program to each of HP's major stock holders and to Mark Hurd himself, HP's CEO.
Being in the media industry I am in a position to be HP's PR nightmare and fully intend to do so. I will be taking a sledge hammer to the problem HP computer, video taping it and broadcasting it on you tube.
HP has pissed off the wrong cat.
