DONT BUY DELL PRODUCTS - studoi xps 1640

Hi All, My name is Amad, and I bought a laptop from Dell in March, 09, and Modele is Studio XPS 1640. I had full coverage of my system and I was charged $268 from dell by getting insurance (if I drop some liqued on my system). 3 weeks ago, I dropped some milk on my system and I send it to Dell service centre, and it took me about 2 week to get my system back.By the time I got system back I was very happy, coz I have to complete my assignments and and case studies, but I was very disappointed by the time I used Skype and Yhaoo massanger in order to talk to my friends. The speakers were not working (it was terrible sound and I could not talk to my friends). By the time I recieved laptop from service centre, there was a letter that mentions " Dell electrations has checked evrything if it was working properly or not, and they are satisfied and we are sending you your system back".
But I had problem, just immagine I waited 2 week for my system and still it had problem, evenif my system had fully hardware coverage. This morning I called to Dell support centre. I talked to Laxmi Devi, who was supervisor and I told her, I was having problem with my system, She did not say anything except, " SIR, YOU HAVE TO BUY YOUR SPEAKER AND SOFTWARE INSURANCE THEN WE WILL CHECK YOUR SYSTEM, ELSE WE ARE SO SORRY, WE CANNOT HELP YOU OUT AND THANKS A LOT FOR CHOSING DELL AND HAVE A NICE DAY, AND PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU ARE READY TO BUY SOFTWARE INSURANCE, I CAN HELP YOU OUT AND THEN I WILL TRANSFER YOU TO OUR ONE OF ELECTRATIONS.
Several time I told her, that I was told if I was not satisfied with my system reparment, just give us a call and they will call me, but she said that they have repaired your system and they are done. So buy speaker drivers and we will make it perfect.

So guys, I have done a big mistake to buy DELL laptop, and just spent $1350, their service is aweful and you will be charged for the thing, even you dont know. Their moto is " TO MAKE MONEY, THEY DONT VARE WHAT ARE ETHIC AND NORMS".

I had hardware warranty, but why they ddi not repair my system.
I am stuck guys, but please please and please DONT BUY DELL PRODUCTS, BECAUSE I DONT WANT ANYONE TO SUFFER AS I AM.
