Can't fix my problem

I bought a Dell notebook from Bestbuy, and about a few months later observed the drive might begin pressing after about one or two hours useful then your computer becomes unresponsive and turns down. I go to Geek Team whilst the guarantee card teaches me to and let them know concerning the issue. The very first person I handled was good enough, he decided with me that it'd possibly be considered a poor drive and could be changed under warranty. Adequate. Cheers Geek Team for practically nothing except lost gasoline for 3 excursions for your table, and idiots in dark scarves informing me I-donot understand what I am referring to.

Currently I am looking to get the problem solved through Dell, anyone wish to you know what the very first thing they request? Please run diagnostic inspections onto it.
