On November 12th I introduced my notebook towards the Geek Squad @ Bestbuy in Holmdel, NJ for restoration. Nowadays, December 13th I still don't have my HP Pavilion notebook. I rely on this laptop to operate my small company which is just a large difficulty for me personally. Geek Squad, clearly, is mismanaging its customer support. OUR MAJOR CRITICISM: no body in the shop has been positive, or displaying the smallest little bit of effort in assisting me get my notebook back, mounted.

I initially had a bluescreen of death issue. (November 12th visit) They held my pc for 10 times and delivered it— not fixed. I quickly introduced it back and today something after another, and that I still don't have my notebook. On Decmber 6th they "delivered it out."

I called again today and was informed my pc is planned for reunite on December 23... WHAT??? The truth is I introduced my notebook in on November 12th and since that time I've had no utilization of it—why must it get 6 months to repair a notebook???
