Purchased a Toshiba in- may.in January it stopped functioning. Was sent for "fix" Jan 15. Returned Jan. 30 unrepaired. Sat @ Lynnwood area and was sent again Feb. 12. Was acquired back unrepaired Feb. 19. Was sent again Feb. 23. Today is March 16. Our notebook remains not fixed. Nobody @ Bestbuy understand something about just how to assist you to. Won't substitute my notebook though it continues to be under warranty. Geek Group don't understand what is wrong withit. Toshiba likewise will not substitute it simply because they haven't set the notebook themselves. Worst experience ever. I don't recommend Bestbuy. Their customer support is terrible. Geek team has ended listed, nor have qualified understanding.
