My partner ordered me a CQ50Z laptop like a present, I'd it FOR JUST ONE week when it went kablooey. After I approached HP & ultimately got subjected to to Tech-Support the man claimed he'd never noticed a PC create that noise. They delivered me a container to deliver it back for restoration & since then it has been a frustration. This began on August 26 my first telephone call, they obtained my notebook on August 29 and also the day for shipping back again to me was September 9. I began making telephone calls to customer support 2 times prior to the deadline, no body in customer support might inform me something by what was occurring, all-they might state was that it'd be in my experience about the 9th & the web site did not get updated frequently. About the 10th (your day after it had been said to be back again to me) & after one hour & a half on the telephone with customer support (being hung-up on, moved 6 occasions, informed I had been only a CLIENT & supervisors didn't keep in touch with simply clients) I eventually got the things they contact an incident supervisor!!! Although he was examining into everything which obviously required 2 times it was Fri the 12th & the storm was likely to strike Houston (where my notebook was) & everybody was being removed and so I would need to wait till Friday the 15th to understand something. Friday comes & the event supervisor (CM) believed to provide it-one more evening simply because they weren't back however due to the surprise. Tues he explained they nevertheless understood nothing & provided me an upgraded improved notebook. Explained to contact him Wed with my solution. Named Wed the 17 & oh geee despite the fact that I needed the improved notebook they went out & could not do-it anymore... So sorry. But! They couold develop me the improved notebook however it could be 3 months. AGAIN contact me Thurs & allow him understand. Named Thurs the 18th & stated develop me the update... OH NO never stated that... Said they'd build me exactly the same notebook that I'd delivered them.informed him I had been fed up with being jacked around & provide me a reimbursement (I are in possession of this discussion recorded!!!) Stated he'd look at that & it'd consider 5 months for my reimbursement. But does it finish there... Heavens NO... Got a phone from my CM later Thurs evening with... Isn't it time for this..." Simply had term in the forces that be No Discounts & No Substitutes till Houston is back-up & operating & they understand whats happening!!! I'll NEVER but something from HP again & may inform everybody I understand what my expertise continues to be like.
