I contacted Dell two months ago regarding a clicking on my DVD. Dell sent 4 times defective parts/computers only for the problem continue and now the refurbished defective computer not work.
Now I receive a email telling me I have 24 hrs to either accept another refurbished computer or my case will be closed. Good job Dell...
