Read the fine print and expect no exceptions

Requested a Netgear WNHDE111 in September. After I obtained the system, I then found out it had been incompatible with my setup. I had been informed by ecost they didn't take results which the compatibility info was plainly mentioned on the webpage. I attempted to obtain assistance from Netgear, however they declined since the product hadn't sequential number. I required a sequential range from eCost, and after 3 months to be guaranteed one, I had been informed they couldn't provide one. Regardless of this, they declined to consider them back, and so I am caught with-it and can't get assistance to find out if it may be made suitable.
