Worst Customer Service Experience - CUSTOMER SERVICE CALL CENTER

First everyone in the call center is foreign and very difficult to understand. Second they are very abrasive and flat out rude. I am some what computer savy being that I graduated from a 4yr university and am under 30 yrs old but when i asked a question they would bark a responce in a sarcastic way making me feel incompetent. I called 2 different times and both reps were equally rude. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold for 20 mins with no one answering. The topper was when I recieved an email with a survey attached. They wanted me to express my customer service experience. (Finally I thought) I went to fill it out and it said the survey had already been completed. Wow. What an aweful company. Definatly pay a little more for the competitors product!!!
