I bought a Tobshiba laptop on 8/27/07 from Circuit City in Bloomington, IL. At that time of purchase, I also taken care of a two-year extended support strategy. This really is my next Toshiba notebook that I Have had the same issue with. The issue: the ability wire input plug in to the computer really smashed in my own first pc; my present computer is able to split meaning I - can just employ it in a fixed area since I am scared to connect/disconnect it. I got it to some nearby pc repair service, Geek-a-Bytes and was informed they would not feel it since it included mom board. It was in March. That is just how long I Have been looking to get anyone to assist me. Our pc is my only way of conversation with my boy that has been helping in Iraq. I've GOT TO TRULY HAVE A pc that I will depend on and want to have the ability to carry to my office because of the period variation in america and Middleeast. I want help... PLEASE!!! I've invested many evenings attempting to speak on line having a live person at cityassure.com. I sit and stay; I am advised you will find 7 people before me after which it logs me out. I've all of the paperwork and bills.
