I was visiting my niece in San Diego when she recommended this company, after my computer stopped working. I thought I was going to pay alot to have my baby fixed. I also thought my pictures and music were gone forever. Panic-stricken I called them! The gentleman that came out was pleasant and very helpful. He reassured me that my pictures and music were probably OK! Whew! After about 45 minutes, my baby was back up and running!!! Yeahhhhhhh! You helped make my vacation even more pleasant!:) You guys rock!
