Bad service all around! - magic jack phone service

I am sorry to say that we have had the worst service with MAGIC JACK INTERNET PHONE...
We want to get our billing straight, but can't, we welcome the emails they said they would send but have only got 1 out of 6. (the 1 email was a code to renew and it didn't work)
willing to pay the bill over and over but we can't get the renewal to take any of our credit cards.
Have chated with online services and they have told us we are under review for the last 3 weeks.
We found at least 2 of the chat people to be more upsetting then the service it's self.
Why would anybody pay to hear every lie in the book.
Sorry we even wanted to help get it out there or that we even tried the service now.
