Junk Incompetent assistance

This product is utter garbage I have spent 4 dyas over 5 hours have been treated rudely by their tech staff. When they can't figure something out their comments border on the absurd.insisting repeatedly that something has to ge there.

I had a supervisor Junex tell me to reboot knowing full well I would loose the connection because he lacked the intelligence and patience.

They had me reconfigure so many items on my computer I lost a number of programs.

My ADVICE DO NOT PURCHASE or waste your time..."A LIFETIME OF MISERY' Also I have over 15 pages (5 online chats,) documenting their stupidity. Filing a formal complaint with The Florida State Atttorney General.
