Tech Support... Frustrating

It is one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had. There is only a chatting service. People giving you totally different advice, not solving the problem. I lost connection with them several times. It was really bad. It is not as simple to use as it is advertised. I think that they are underserviced when it comes to tech support. Yes, you save money but you will be very frustrated...
