Verizon is ALL advertising WITH NO support!!! They've disconnected me twice, stopped my mail twice, removed my whole address book, and all for NO purpose.

The advertising/sales agents guarantee the moon, and also the support and customer support individuals refuse the guarantees were available. Nearly every customer support individual informs another account.

I had been informed when I changed to Verizon Fios for telephone and web, I'd get a unique bundle cost, an additional phone-line was just $10.95 per month. Once the statement arrived, the 2nd phone-line was charged at $39.95 a month, so when I reported, I had been informed that Verizon NEVER provided a phone-line for $10.95/month. Which was a complete rest! After I terminated the 2nd point, the additionally erased the very first line and also the web, eliminating my handle listing, that we haven't had the opportunity to recreate totally.

Recently, after thinking I'd pack anything and include Fios television, I improved my brain and terminated it. However, again, Verizon terminated my web, and, following a month, I still can't access my mail. I've reported and delivered communications to Tech-Support, without any reaction.

The corporation, in my opinion, invested a lot of on the wiring, and today can't help it. I'm completely frustrated and you will be changing back again to Comcast, that was usually quicker!
