False advertising

I'd Verizon FIOS installed on 12/10. I had been charged since that day. After almost 3 months of telephone calls and emails to Verizon support people. It required Verizon customer support people until Feb 19th to deliver mean acknowledgment notice to use for my free T V. They'd "NOT A PROBLEM " payment during this period for FIOS SUPPORT. The Unique marketing stated 6 to 2 months after installation I'd have T V. Is that this "FAKE Marketing!!!??? I've copies of the emails for certification of this. They do not appear to treatment Beware! If you should be contemplating their presents! I'm still awaiting the shipping of the T V. 04/16.
