On 2-12 I bought powerdvd SE using the prolonged download option. After distributing 4 various help tickets for them within the last 4 times, I still haven't gotten any response from them. I guess they need me to purchase thier telephone support at a price of $30 for 60 days to create them feel just like they ought to react. Well I'm not likely to purchase the telephone support sence it's probley as poor as thier help solution plan. But I'll document a with every customer panel and site I will find. If anybody knows of any websites that might be a support please let me understand.
