Never received product but was charged

I requested Novabackup from PC Mall. They charged my card, stated they delivered it on April 13, but never did so. Many telephone calls and emails for them were overlooked. The several occasions I acquired someone about the telephone, they guaranteed follow-up emails or phone calls but never did something.

As of this moment, I've no item along with a charge card statement for anything I never obtained.

The corporation is just a complete scam and complete rip off.
