Never received item after payment

Taken care of a winter traditional 1/2 and half jacket allegedly minimal quantity created. Order placed around center of july, jersey was guaranteed Oct. 1 and was not obtained. Offered them additional week before calling plus they stated these were awaiting a. It'd be 2 more months. Have been calling since. Lastly on Nov 24 my telephone calls were delivered and also the operator stated I'd contain it no later than Fri the 28th, that it had been delivered to incorrect target. It is today December 2 but still have nothing. They do not return telephone calls or emails.
