Credit To Closed Out Disney Visa Chase Credit Card

Bought a PC mouse from Overstock.com with Disney Visa Chase Bank Card 12/06. Disney Card shut out by us on 7/07. Overstock.com acknowledged the mouse button towards the Disney Card ono 12/08 though it isn't any longer around. They declare the deal was published and also to seek advice from Disney Pursuit for the cash. No body, no one at Pursuit will find our previous bill. Please recommend.
