My spouse ordered me a brand new Dell Inspiron for Holiday in 2007. The computor included disc burner. I'd to truly have the dvdburner changed in- May whenever a dvd caught and packed the dvd recorder. I created a phone also it was changed, later a problem came into being and that I approached Dell assistance and needed to spend $140. Oo to truly have the Dell Technology repair following a phone to customer support. Another problem arrived when more issues with the computor in March following a phone to dell technology another $190. Oo was desired to repair computor. After I questioned concerning the warrenty I had been informed it had been just great about the equipment and never application. I'd computor set and desired to burn dvd after I found there is no dvd burner merely a cdburner. I approached Dell and was informed there is no burner within the computor when bought of course if I'd a DVD-burner within the computor when it had been bought it had been Dells problem and there is nothing they might do. Should this be Dells method of conducting business then I'd prefer to have my money-back or perhaps a computor that works and it has that which was guaranteed. Our guidance would be to avoid Dell and purchase anything where people remain behind there work
