Dell makes terrible computors

When will Dell realize that they are actually making bad computers.

Does Dell think that the position of the mouse pad will not delete ones work. It is completely in the wrong place - do you expect me to float my hands and palms in the air.

Dell, you are making a bad bad product - your after sale service is even worse.

If I did not pay some much for the piece of rubbish which I bought from you I would have thrown your computor out long ago.

Dell took three weeks to replace my computer after it was broken a few months ago and to this day none of them has apologized or just followed up. The call centre of Dell refered to South Africa as third world and not being able to deal with their own operations - I exprience Dell as arrogant and incompetent in the extreme, effectively erasing what could have been a great product.

Dell is arrogant - bottom line.
