Hi i could understand your fustration
That is our 4 hp notebook as well as the only cause i still possess a horsepower they wont let me get other things while i return them... The main one iam returning recently is just a dv 7-1135 and also the notebook is soo sluggish and dvdplayer does not perform dvdis here is the second one i've had that did not perform the dvd's. Is there any notebook available that'sn't as horrible as the product these are such a waste of cash... Never purchase one. Custumer support sucks also...
