Don't buy their laptops

I bought my notebook and inside the first 6months had issues with web connection... Went thru the horsepower customer support (what a laugh)... After allegedly operating assessments, they stated it had been the connection, therefore... I return to my supplier and you know what? It had been the computer! Needed to have it repair independantly, horsepower stated there is nothing wrong... Then 3months before I'd issues with dvds and cds, approached horsepower again, plus they couldnt help me obviously... Ive not had the notebook annually however! It wont play dvds or cds and HPis answer was to deliver me a brand new driver but desired me to remove my whole drive... But still couldnt describe why, aside from some BS plan... Then if i needed the brand new component, they stated I'd to provide them my charge card data... I'd have 15days to get the part and return the aged someone to them within the same time or identification be billed... I WOULD BE CHARGED?!?!?! Plus they couldnt or wouldnt guarantee me that it'd arrive here for the reason that period... And also to top everything down, the alleged 'repetition' disconnected me... WTF?!?!?! I'll never purchase another HP item actually, and that I may inform everybody I understand as well as people i dont, to not purchase something from these folks btw... I've a notebook available if anyones interested.
