Bad Computer wont exchange or refund

I purchased a Toshiba laptop through bestbuy. It ended up to become only a worthless bit of Crap. However bestbuy don't return my cash, they don't present an exchange... But rather I'd to spend of wallet in order for them to return it to toshiba and also have toshiba do the repair that they explained I'd get my 35 bucks back that I'd to pay for in advance when the pc was included in the Manufaturer's guarantee.

I discovered the pc was coated however bestbuy wouldn't return my 35 bucks as guaranteed origionly.
