Crappy service/lack of knowledge

Computers & Services

Avoid these losers at any price. Despite thier advertisements they've no idea what they're doing and so they treat customers like dust. After my teenage boy saved a game title my computer failed. We took the computer was dropped off on 08/01/08 having a fix day written down by these dorks as 08/04/08. Had it in writing but i suppose these losers can study. Waited until 08/05 to call and got the run around about how it was infected with 2 infections they claim to have discovered. I called again on 08/07/08. This time around i acquired "it is offering us issues". Good solution from so called specialists. I had been told that to get a simple $250 they'd wipe the "d" push, re install windows easily introduced my recovery disk and recover my files from work. No mention this time of the infections actually. I suppose whoever you speak with on the given day is what's wrong with your pc. Exactly what a good lot or caring people - not!!! I settled $70 in order for them to tell me it did not function. No shit, thats why it was there. Keep your money. You've better odds of getting a child nearby to have your pc ready to go while you do that couple of money grubbing, mess the client order of idiots!!!
