Circuit City
Will not return calls

I took my sons desktop in for diag. On June 30th. On July 8th no one has called so I called them and was put on hold for 10 mins. I called back and got a young girl that said the computer was there but there was no notes and she would call me back. Never heard back from her so I tried to call back and was left on hold again for 15 min. No one seems to know what they are doing there and I don't think they really care. Just a bunch of idiots. I’m surprised Circuit City is still in business, I know if I ran my business like these people I would not last long.
