I'm an employee at a private law firm. My co-workers and I wanted lunch so I called this Domino's to order our lunch. Due to our nature of business we have a private phone-number. I called the first time a young girl answered the phone asked me to hold, "I said Yes but she hung the phone up in my face. I called back twice she asked me to hold, I agreed. She kept me on hold for approx. 04:38, the second time it was 05:04. I heard no holding music. The second the female but me on hold after the 5 minute mark she hung the phone up. I called back to speak to a supervisor and the little girl said she was the manager on duty and that I needed to call back from a non-private number. Very fustrated I ended the call. If you have a policy for not accpeted private numbers than you need to have your staff state that. DUE TO THE WAY I WAS TREATED I WILL NEVER CALL THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS AGAIN! It's no wonder you pizzas and business SUCK!!!
