Extremely disappointed using the customer support at newegg.com!

I'm really disappointed using the customer support at newegg.com. I actually donot understand if it's accurate for several CS consultant but mine was terrible. I obtained a faulty CD-ROM that I named and obtained a RMA number to come back. It was a rush-order and so I questioned easily delivered it via overnight communicate if she could easily get an upgraded out in my experience immediately. She assured me-she might hurry it through the machine. Well, below I'm per week later together with her informing me-sheis sorry however it needs to feel the procedure that requires 3 - 5 times business days (which may be the 6th). It's obvious she's not completed anything to hurry this through the machine. I informed her I needed a reimbursement and that I might visit a business that I really could obtain the program online as there's an excessive amount of work being overlooked by lacking the program and that I am falling behind. She explained no discounts on Discis again sorry. She flat-out lied in my experience and that I plan on worrying towards the corporate officials easily could possibly get some mail addresses.
