Never received my gift card

My spouse ordered me something special card from Newegg. The card was designed to appear via mail in 1-2 business days. It is currently been 6 company (and 10 whole) times and we've yet to get the e-mail/card. We've delivered 3 emails and waited about the telephone for around 20 minutes after numerous times of just getting a chaotic indication, simply to be informed there is nothing customer support might do. They'd need to forward the problem for their sales office.

What I can not realize is just why they simply do not deliver it out? Newegg charged our consideration immediately. We settled the cash for this and today we're obtaining the run-around. Just how can they call that customer support?

It Is A disgrace since I Have invested a large number of bucks on Newegg as well as for them to consider our cash and never provide is undesirable. It pains me to say it however they simply dropped a dedicated client.
