I've delivered three demands in five times to Newegg Customer Support via their assistance website to obtain an RMA number. Up to now the only real responses I obtained were emails showing that I ought to get a correct reaction (and RMA) within 24 hours.
Nowadays makes five times - nevertheless nothing!
