Dell computer delivery terrible

I purchased a Dell inspiron 660 from the Dell website which promised next day shipping. My purchase was on 8/1. I am still waiting with 8/19 as their now quoted target. I have tried to speak to someone multiple times and when a connection was finally made to speak to a human it was cut off almost immediately. I am so frustrated to be without a computer for two and a half weeks that I will decide today to purchase a computer locally and refuse delivery from Dell. Their site today still promises shipment tomorrow for purchasers when mine has been TWELVE days since ordering and has not yet been shipped. Talk about false advertising.
