A large company like Dell needs to reevaluate their customer service department. It is not surprising to me that Dell has such a huge corporation as their products are cheap. However, their representatives that they pay to take calls from customers lack knowledge base on their products and basically try to sell you other products before solving your concern. I spent twenty minutes on the phone with a representative that told me I would have to pay them to tell him why my Dell V305 printer would not work properly with my Macbook Pro. Reading other reviews I have later found that the software in the Dell V305 printer is not compatible with Apple products. The representative was told many times what type of computer I was using, then tried to make me pay for a service or to be told that the two products were not compatible. I am disgusted with this company and the lack of service I had received. I will never be a customer of Dell again. Unacceptable!
