Crappy Sound Quality Over Time

When I fist got it, I had no problems. The Magic Jack got progressively worse with each (unwanted) update. I have been using it for over a year, but the sound quality has gotten so bad that I only use it if my cell is extremely low on minutes. I called customer service a number of times and they were (to my amazement) able to see what my personal computer information was and what I was doing on my computer. NOT COOL!!! I do not recommend that you buy this product, I will be tossing mine very soon. P.S. Does not provide service in most of North Dakota.
