False Advertising

On Sunday morning (my only day-off) I named my local Radio Shack to determine when they had any savings about the HTC EVO. I named the shop and talked to Alex, the associate store-manager, he explained they had a discount about the Evo and might refund me $50 easily switched within an old mobile phone. I believed it was excellent, and so I went in. After I got within the shop it had been fairly hectic, but I'm an individual man and so I waited not a problem. About 30 minutes in to the delay I had been aided by Alex, he began me-up but was disturbed with a customer having a larger purchase (notebook), and so I waited about 30 more moments.By this time around my persistence was waring thin, but I bit my language and did not say a term. Once I was in the register he explained he had created an error which the telephone I needed was not for sale which I'd need to spend top dollar... Ok, I stayed calm, I had been convinced that possibly he might make a move to treat this since it was obviously his mistake. But no. He'd not discount the telephone, wouldn't attempt to remove duty, main point here wouldn't do something to assist me. Used to donot actually obtain the feeling he actually cared. He simply needed me to possibly purchase anything or abandon.

I realize the delay period, I am aware the supporting out a person having a bigger purchase despite the fact that I had been there first (I did so state "it had been good, no concerns"), but to create a mistake like this that required over one hour of my time and never actually attempt to assist me out, that's another thing. I'm in customer support of course if I decreased the ball-like that I'd do what I will to assist my customer out regardless of what. I'll never visit this Radio Shack again (ignore Radio Shack altogether!).

Appears like Bestbuy is likely to be receiving my providers for the time being on...
