Terrible Customer Service

Horrible customer support. I requested a set of sneakers (which required 4 times to submit exactly the same condition), did not match and so I sent it back.

14 days I'venot noticed something, no reimbursement nothing, nowadays the sneakers get to my doorway saying they're used and wont consider them back. I named them-and they stated the emblem within the boot was ripping therefore it's used. Whatever the reality the sneakers are brand-new, simply no indication of use besides evidently the interior single emblem. I inquired if it had been feasible it had been delivered to me this way since I clearly would not want to appear if your emblem is intact within the boot before I try them on. The repetition Edith mentioned it had been difficult that it'd be delivered this way. As though businesses do not have flaws. I inquired when they have images of the sneakers within the situation it had been delivered to me. Edith got snippy and stated we-don't get images whenever we deliver them, we consider them once they are delivered.

I've never heard about this kind of silly reason behind declining a return. It is like they obtained them-and attempted to locate any cause to decline the return.

I called back and requested to talk to a plus they stated they'd email me inside an hour to get a 2nd quality-check or something similar to that. They never delivered it. Used to donot actually reach talk to the supervisor.

I've been a person of Skechers for 7 years purchasing sneakers each year, I can not think the way in which I had been handled. Won't ever purchase from Skechers again.
