I'm writing to see you of the really damaging customer support encounter in the Skechers shop in Tysons Corner Mall in Tysons Corner, VA. I bought a set of twinkle toes skechers for my 7yr old child out of this shop on 9/14. On 10/4, I discovered the one whole side of one of the shoes had lost its thread and separated completely from the shoe - this is beyond normal wear and tear. I requested the shop to switch the sneakers simply because they were faulty, or provide me a discount on the fresh set. I had been informed quite rudely from the supervisor (Tasha) that I really could be laying concerning the purchase day/area - despite the fact that I'd the sneakers within the initial container that she might check, and that I might create my charge card bill displaying the purchase (I don't possess the unique purchase bill). I'd really experience this shop do an exchange for faulty shoes for another client about the evening I had been purchasing these sneakers! Used to do not be prepared to be handled thus rudely and provided no help! The supervisor (Tasha) subsequently ignored me by having an 800 number and switched her back again to me.
