Poor customer service for online orders

I requested from Bootbarn.com & reported towards the online shipping headquarters in Laguna Beach, California. The advantages 3-day delivery that I had been billed for, arrived in 8 times rather! It was a significant price, whilst the coat I had been purchasing cost 119.00 & complete cost found 157.00! After I approached bootbarn shipping headquarters in Laguna Beach, i just obtained a brief & curt reply back placing fault back on me, stating the advantages 3-day shipping that i picked may take as much as 8 times. I replied back stating that it shouldve been more obvious & not be named a-3 time, if its certainly an 8 day shipping! There is no reaction back from Trunk Barn! Poor company bootbarn! I don't return to there online shop or their stores!
