Hillcrest Leather - aka www.leather.com - is just a business that doesn't recognize it’s term.

Lately, I sent them to inquire about delivery costs for a coat I needed. I gave them my specific handle offshore and requested to get a transport estimate. I obtained a contact from their store declaring the total amount for delivery by advantages could be $55.00.

I discovered that delivery price to become appropriate and requested the coat. They (exactly the same individual) delivered mean email that mentioned they might deliver the coat via USPS for that cost.

I wrote them back and requested they deliver it advantages. The difference between delivering advantages and USPS to China is just a huge difference. USPS requires of a month or even more to obtain the bundle to its location. Advantages requires a week.

They again responded to my demand by informing me the advantages shipping costs could be $145.00. I wrote back again to them-and connected their mail where they'd cited me $55.00 for UPS delivery and that I requested they recognize their dedication as well as their term.

Their final response was that they can not recognize their term and certainly will not deliver the coat therefore for reported cost and technique.

This isn't a combination-up between sales representatives. All communication originated from one individual. Their name is Tony. If Tony created an error, then it's his mistake so that as a consultant of the organization, the company should remain behind his term if they enjoy it or not. To complete normally informs their clients they (like a business so that as people) CAn't be respected.
