On Dec. 2, I delivered a vacation bundle to the grandchildren in La From The advantages Shop for 2 day shipping. The package showing Ny Monitoring No. 1Z4F49E2PW09273035, was dropped, tnen present in LA on Dec. 17 and, after having a brand new LA tracking amount put on the bundle, sent to the kids. I visited The advantages Shop, that will be nearby from my home, informed them the bundle was shipped and required a reimbursement of my delivery costs, that we was informed was their plan. They stated they'd publish a state for that delivery costs and I would like to understand once the check appeared (at their shop). I kept returning towards the shop for a lot of times (about 10 occasions in most) but there is still no reimbursement. On Jan. 14, I named The advantages Store Customer Relations Division and talked with Client Rep. Lindsey, who stated she'd solve the problem. I adopted the discussion up by having an email for certification functions. On Jan. 19, I obtained a Person Review email from C.A. Walker Research Options and replied for their email, relating my knowledge. Camile McClarin of this company e mailed back stating she'd move my info towards the suitable people, but I've mind nothing about my reimbursement or around other things. On Jan. 22 I delivered an email to customer. Service@ups.com and got an answer to get hold of The advantages Customer Relationships Departent, that we had previously completed. I simply have no idea what else to complete or who otherwise to contact. I also discovered In The advantages Store Customer Relations Division the cost to get a 2-day delivery to L-A is approximately $105. The advantages Shop I employed billed me $210.57. I've my bill in addition to copies of all of the emails.
