Charged extra money for purchase, no refund was given. Terrible customer service

Misses Formal billed me additional USD200 for my purchase because of mistake within their aspect but declined to matter me a reimbursement for that. How absurd?! I tried calling them numerous period regarding this problem however they lied to me stating the reimbursement continues to be prepared. It has been half of a year and that I still have not got my cash back. The corporation is unreliable. Don't cope with them!
