No refund and their customer service can do nothing

I put an order with among their vendors so when he did not deliver I asked to locate he waited to obtain my cash to purchase the required materials. I ended the purchase. Then he delivered the purchase and guaranteed a reimbursement anyway. He lied, no reimbursement as well as their customer support claims (after six months of emails) they are able to do nothing.
