Chargeback/refund

Requested a PC-game many months and in error requested the overall game twice (the overall game is taken care of through Plimus). The overall game website wasn't obvious on whether the initial purchase have been prepared, and so I put the purchase again. Recognizing what I'd completed, I required a reimbursement for that second-order not equally. I adopted the procedure from the Plimus in seeking the reimbursement. The "refund" was handed however now they are stating that till I've my lender/charge card change the refund, they'll not agree anymore sport purchases for me personally. They are calling the reimbursement a "chargeback" and therefore are blaming me of taking. We are talking $ 9.95. The corporation is whacked.
