Misses Dressy
Failure to provide dress on or before date dress is/was needed and failure to refund money

I purchased a Sherri Hill prom dress from this site on March 20 stating a wear date of such dress for April 13. My card was immediately charged after order was made. I contacted Misses Dressy a few weeks after purchase was made to check on status. I was advised they were still waiting for designer to ship dress to them. They would then state that they should be receiving dress any day and they would then ship it to me. I continued to phone this site and would stay on the line for over 20 minutes before anyone would answer if I was so lucky. They kept giving me the run around at times they couldn't tell me where the dress was other times the designer had not shipped it.in their contract they state that if there is a problem and dress will most likely not be available on or before date needed they would send me an email. No such luck I have not received any such email. They also stated they would have a supervisor contact me and still waiting for a supervisor to contact me. I have initiated any and all contact with this site. Now that my daughter has no prom dress they are also refusing to refund me my money even though they did not fulfill the order on or before date needed. I have turned them into BBB and also contacted Sherri Hill advising that I would not want my name associated with such a horrible site. I read reviews on line to learn this is not unusual practice for this site. They need to be stopped and put out of business and they need to stop lying and stealing from consumers. Do not buy a dress from misses dressy.
