Charging wrong price

I purchased a-shirt at Forever 21 which was for sale. The cashier scanned them and offered me my bill. I switched from the register and examined it, after which recognized that she charged me about 3 bucks added. I went back as much as the register, however the cashier explained that she couldn't provide me cash-back; she might just provide me store credit. I requested to determine the manager, but she was the manager. Plus, the little slit where the buying price of the scanned product is proven was coated in hangers! This appeared so absurd in my experience! She charged me the incorrect cost, and he or she wouldn't provide me my money-back! It had been just 3 bucks, but imagine if this had occurred repeatedly, or with increased cash? I wound up trading my shop credit for money using the lady behind me. This can be a screwed-up, terrible plan, also it must be transformed.
