A very poor policy, and a way to dishonestly keep stealing money from their customers

Really upset together on the car-restoration plan. Had named them this past year after their car renewal had occurred to stop auto-renewal. This season, they easily did not have report and charged me the total amount again. They've a number-reimbursement plan, and also the charge card organization wont do something about this... THEREFORE ensure that you hold on to any "verification number" they provide you with should you stop the support, or they'll keep getting FOREVER. An extremely bad plan, along with a method to dishonestly maintain taking cash from their clients.
