Efunding money

I submitted for information on life-insurance the organization deducted cash out-of my banking account after i talked towards the representitive and tols him I simply needed info. I named the organization informed them not to consider anymore cash from my account which I'd send back the plan and desired a reimbursement, they obviously stated they never received the plan but did quit getting cash from my bill. I subsequently delivered a cost discount having a notice attached with stop my plan and return my money-they obviously stated they did not get that both. And so I had a buddy fax the info on eliminating my plan and refunding my income. Today they state that I had been coated plus they wont return my cash this entire point was a scam put up and that I need the plan surrendered and nmy money returned.
