Poor customer service

My dad was desperate i needed to purchase him a brand new suit and so i went and bought him and me a brand new match corresponding fits to become exact. My dad died on september 14. I visited put my match on they gave me the incorrect match quarry which was said to be designed wasn't done at all. My dad got the fit which was mine that was 6 dimensions to tiny on him, mine was 6 dimensions to huge for me personally i named the store but still waiting for your manager to call me back. I introduced the fit back and that i just got i'm sorry along with a refund for my match i don't think that is any method for customer support.
